BonusTrace is free to use because some casinos pay us a commission when you sign up through our links. This affiliate disclosure explains how that works, what it means for you, and the rules that keep our comparisons and ratings independent.

Researching casinos, checking bonus terms and keeping comparisons up to date takes time. Instead of charging you, we’re funded through affiliate marketing: some casino operators and affiliate networks pay us when a visitor we refer opens an account or makes a deposit.
Casino affiliate agreements usually use one of these payment models:
| Model | How we’re paid |
|---|---|
| CPA (cost per acquisition) | A one-off fee when a referred visitor registers and makes a qualifying first deposit. |
| Revenue share | A percentage of the casino’s net revenue from referred players over time. |
| Hybrid | A combination of a one-off fee and a revenue share. |
We want to be open about revenue share: it means an affiliate can earn more when referred players lose money. That’s a real conflict of interest, and it’s one of the main reasons for the editorial rules below and for our focus on clear wagering terms and responsible gambling.
No. You pay nothing extra for using our links, and the offer you receive is the same as, or occasionally better than, the offer available directly from the casino. We only call an offer “exclusive” when we have evidence that it isn’t available elsewhere.
Buttons such as “View bonus”, “Visit casino” and “Claim offer” that take you to a casino’s website may be affiliate links. Text links to casinos in our reviews and guides may be too. We mark commercial links with the rel="sponsored" attribute, as search engines recommend.
Links to regulators, help organisations and other information sources are never affiliate links.
Our editorial ratings consider:
Bonuses are assessed separately on their real cost to claim: the wagering burden at a standard deposit, restrictions, transparency, amount relative to the qualifying deposit and the time allowed.
Casino operators are responsible for the conduct of their affiliates, and many regulators set strict rules on gambling advertising. We aim to follow the advertising rules of the markets we cover, show significant bonus conditions next to the offers they apply to, and keep our content clearly separate from the casinos’ own marketing.
If you have questions about our commercial relationships or think we’ve fallen short of this policy, email hello@bonustrace.com. You can also read our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Read the significant conditions before you claim. Our comparisons put them right next to each offer.
